"I’ve walked a path shaped by an insatiable desire to understand the roots of disconnection - and a deep commitment to uncovering what truly brings us together. It’s become my life’s work to bridge those divides and cultivate meaningful, lasting connection.

Back in the early years of my life, I was a painfully shy and sensitive little girl with no voice, shaped by religious suppression and emotional neglect. Safety for me was in shrinking, hiding, and staying silent.

I became a teenage mother, endured domestic violence, found the strength to leave, and rebuilt from the ashes. I survived systems designed to silence, and spent 15 years in the soul-numbing grind of corporate life - where truth was inconvenient and integrity came at a cost.

Over time, the weight of silence became heavier than the risk of being heard. What once silenced me began to ignite me. I found the strength to speak, and the courage to walk away and take a leap of faith to follow my true path - trading a polished facade for a wilder truth.

In my late 30s, I experienced a spiritual awakening that shattered everything I thought I was. Life cracked me wide open. It was a spiritual reckoning, an initiation disguised as destruction that pulled me into the wild - into solitude, silence, and the raw terrain of everything I had been avoiding.

I spent a year in near-isolation, living in the forest. My own dark night of the soul.

Everything I had built fell away. The masks, the armour, the roles. I didn’t just meet my wounds. I met my grief. I met my fear. I met the parts of myself I had buried to survive.

I sat with my pain. I wept. I listened.

Grief. Shame. Rage. Powerlessness. All of it surfaced.

It taught me how to hold space in the dark. How to stand steady in the presence of pain without needing to fix it. How to stop abandoning myself in order to belong.

I met a truer version of myself. One forged in the fire of loss, betrayal, shame, and rebirth.

That chapter undid me - and remade me.

What emerged wasn’t just healing - it was a calling. My life’s work - a map of the inner and outer wounds we carry, and a way to speak to what’s so often left unspoken.

For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the wisdom and practice of healing - It’s not just what I do - it’s who I am.

I’ve held space in forest cabins, clinical rooms, zoom rooms and festival tents - guiding hundreds through private sessions, couples sessions, family mediations, community events, moon ceremonies and online immersive experiences for groups.

I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families to heal trauma by unravelling old wounds and reweaving the self, transforming the way they relate to themselves and others. My approach is intuitive, integrative, trauma-informed and soul-deep.
