The Relationship Upgrade – A 6-Week Journey for Couples

A focused six-week immersion for couples ready to heal, reconnect, and restore safety and intimacy in their relationship. This is an in-depth, intimate journey for couples willing to commit to a deeper, multi-layered process - transforming long-standing dynamics with honesty, accountability, and care.

Sessions alternate between individual and couples work to support both personal growth and relational repair. This work is not just about resolving conflict - it’s a sacred process of deconstruction and reformation - designed to address the roots of disconnection rather than just the symptoms.

Over six weeks, you’ll move through a guided process that involves:

Exploring individual wounds, beliefs, inner narratives and pattern recognition
Reviewing the pain points, patterns, and protective strategies that shape your dynamic
Clearing the emotional debris: past hurts, miscommunications, false beliefs, resentments, and blocks
Understanding each other through a trauma-informed, compassionate lens
Relearning how to connect, communicate, express needs, navigate conflict, and rebuild trust

With clarity and compassion, you’ll learn to recognise how your wounds and responses activate each other - and instead of spiraling into conflict or shutdown, you’ll learn tools that turn that activation into an opportunity for deeper connection. This is a journey that involves actively practicing new ways of relating over time to create real, lasting change.

Includes: four individual sessions (two per partner), four couples deep dive sessions, season recording, comprehensive notes, tailored relational practices to support meaningful change, and my ongoing support throughout the journey.
