A guided therapeutic mediation process for families, parents and adult children, siblings, partners, and friends seeking repair after disconnection, conflict, or long-standing emotional distance.

This structured, trauma-informed process supports individuals and relationships to speak the unspoken, acknowledge old wounds, and clear the emotional patterns that block genuine connection - without blame, pressure, or emotional overwhelm.

The work begins with individual preparation sessions to establish safety, clarify personal truth, and identify protective patterns. This is followed by a guided mediation session focused on listening, responsibility, and repair, and concludes with individual integration sessions to support emotional regulation and long-term change.

Bridge to Reconciliation is not about forcing outcomes. It’s about creating the conditions for understanding, dignity, and conscious connection - whether that leads to renewed relationship or peaceful closure.

Includes: two individual preparation sessions, one facilitated mediation session, two individual integration sessions, session recordings, comprehensive notes, and supportive integration tools.
